How long does your recruitment process take?
This varies largely depending on the role and complexity of tasks you require and will be customized to your needs. Just let us know what you’re looking for.

How can I be sure of the quality and reliability of Concert8’s outsourced staff?
Potential candidates are required to meet basic educational and work experience criteria, pass multiple rounds of internal interviews and be placed in a closely monitored ‘nesting’ period before going live. And once live, staff are continuously monitored and coached.

We’re headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Canada, with a remote satellite office in Ireland and an operations center in Makati City, Manila, Philippines.
